How to Register for 2024– 2025

Registration is now OPEN!

The registration packet can be accessed here .

Please print, fill out, and mail the completed packet and a $105 check made out to FFSAZ, to P.O. Box 1458, Gilbert, AZ 85299. 

We now have the ability to accept payment through Zelle.  You can zelle payment to ffsazinfo@gmail.com and mail in just your registration packet. Teaching assignments are made on a first come and class need basis.
